Over the last 25 years I’ve covered a number of digital roles, from service design, user research, digital leadership to content creation and site management back in the day. I’d like to say I know what makes a service tick and over the years have improved the presence of several digital offerings. The basis to that knowledge is of course understanding the user, the business and the tech possibilities.
I have working client side, agency side, public sector, private sector… so like to think i’m well rounded in the challenges they and we face.
