Over the last 20 years I’ve covered a number of digital roles, from design, development to content creation and site management. I’d like to say I know what makes a service tick and over the years have improved the presence of several digital offerings. The basis to that knowledge is of course understanding the user and to do that you need to get a grip of the quant and qual data underneath.

I have working client side, agency side, public sector, private sector… so like to think i’m well rounded in the challenges they and we face.
